There is no limit to the number of photos that can be taken during the rental period. Guests can take as many photos as they want and receive unlimited prints.

How long does it take to set up and take down the photo booth?

Setup typically takes about 30-45 minutes, and teardown is usually completed within 30 minutes after the event ends.

Is an attendant provided with the photo booth rental?

We offer both options: you can choose to have a friendly and professional attendant present to assist guests, ensure the booth runs smoothly, and handle any technical issues, or you can opt for a self-service package where the booth operates without an attendant.

Can guests instantly share their photos on social media?

Absolutely! Guests can share their photos, GIFs, and videos instantly via email, text, or directly to their social media accounts from the photo booth.

What if something goes wrong with the photo booth during the event?

Our attendants are trained to handle technical issues on-site. If you choose the self-service package and a problem arises, we provide 24/7 remote support to resolve any issues quickly.

How do we receive the photos after the event?

All event photos are uploaded to an online gallery where guests can view, download, and share their favorites. The gallery link will be provided shortly after the event.

What areas do you serve?

We proudly serve the Maryland, DC, and Virginia areas, including cities such as Baltimore, Annapolis, Rockville, Arlington, Alexandria, and many more.

How far in advance should I book the photo booth?

We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your desired date, especially during peak event seasons.

Do you offer any special packages or discounts?

Yes, we offer a variety of packages to fit different budgets and occasionally provide discounts for early bookings or multi-event rentals. Contact us to learn about our current offers.

How much do you require for a deposit?

Upon emailing us your filled-in contract, we will send you a 50% down deposit invoice which is due upon receipt. The remaining amount is due 14 days prior to the event. If scheduled within a timeframe less than 14 days in advance of Client’s Event, the total amount is due in FULL. Payment can be made using any major credit card.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes you can, but the 50% deposit will be forfeited. This is to help us recover holding the date you selected that otherwise could have been booked by another event.
